Thai Basil Pork

  • 2Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3Tbsp peanut oil
  • Jasmine Rice


  • 3Tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1Tbsp minced fresh chilli


  • Fresh basil leaves picked from 1-2 large bunches of sweet basil
  • 300gm ground pork

Instructions:

  1. Steam Jasmin rice in rice cooker
  2. Heat oil in wok
  3. Add chilli and garlic and stir
  4. Add minced pork
  5. Cook until pork starts to brown
  6. Add oyster and then soy sauce
  7. Add Basil leaves then turn off heat
  8. Serve with steamed rice
