Thai Basil Pork
- 2Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1Tbsp light soy sauce
- 3Tbsp peanut oil
- Jasmine Rice
- 3Tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 1Tbsp minced fresh chilli
- Fresh basil leaves picked from 1-2 large bunches of sweet basil
- 300gm ground pork
Instructions:
- Steam Jasmin rice in rice cooker
- Heat oil in wok
- Add chilli and garlic and stir
- Add minced pork
- Cook until pork starts to brown
- Add oyster and then soy sauce
- Add Basil leaves then turn off heat
- Serve with steamed rice
