Japanese soy pork
- Oil (not olive oil)
- Japanese soy sauce
- White rice
- Black pepper
- Garlic (optional)
- Pork loin steak 2-3 pieces
Instructions:
- pound pork until thin, cut into strips
- Heat pan, then add oil
- Cook pork on high heat until brown, lower head then cook through
- Put pork on plate, drizzle soy sauce over top
- Serve with white rice
