Thai BBQ Pork Skewers

Beef pie

  • Palm sugar 1 tea spoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 0.5 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 3 table spoons
  • Oyster sauce 4 table spoons
  • Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Coconut cream 1 cup
  • 8 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Coriander roots
  • 800 grams of pork (Scotch fillet)

Instructions:

  1. Place skewers in water to soak
  2. Pound coriander root with garlic and black and white pepper
  3. Prepare marinade by mixing pounded coriander, garlic, and pepper with table and palm sugar, dark and light soy sauce, oyster sauce, coconut cream, and salt.
  4. Cut pork into thin slices and marinate for 3 hours in fridge
  5. After marinating put pork on skewers
  6. BBQ pork, turning frequently - cut off burned pieces before serving with sticky rice
