Thai BBQ Pork Skewers
- Palm sugar 1 tea spoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- White pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt 0.5 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 3 table spoons
- Oyster sauce 4 table spoons
- Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- Coconut cream 1 cup
- 8 Cloves garlic
- 3 Coriander roots
- 800 grams of pork (Scotch fillet)
Instructions:
- Place skewers in water to soak
- Pound coriander root with garlic and black and white pepper
- Prepare marinade by mixing pounded coriander, garlic, and pepper with table and palm sugar, dark and light soy sauce, oyster sauce, coconut cream, and salt.
- Cut pork into thin slices and marinate for 3 hours in fridge
- After marinating put pork on skewers
- BBQ pork, turning frequently - cut off burned pieces before serving with sticky rice
