Pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 600g fine white flour
- 50g milk solids
- 1.5 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 425g lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Mix solid ingredients together omit salt
- Add warm water and knead for 5 minutes
- Add oil and salt and knead for a further 5 mintues
- make into doughballs, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days prior to use
