Caesar salad

caesar salad

  • Extra-virgin Oliv oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Eggs
  • Lemon juice -1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp


  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Parmasan cheese
  • White bread slices - for croutons
  • Anchovies
  • mayonnaise 1 cup


  • 2 heads romaine/cos lettuce
  • 500gm chickn brast
  • Bacon


Instructions for dressing

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 minced Anchovies
  2. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise, half a cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.

Instructions for salad:



  1. Cut bread into small squares 1x1cm and bake in ovan until golden brown
  2. Whilst bread is in the oven pound chicken and add salt & pepper then fry/grill
  3. Fry bacon once as bread and chicken cooks
  4. Wash and chop lecttice into squares
  5. Serve with soft boiled egg, chopped bacon bits, croutons, and dressing
