No Bake slice
- Brown sugar 125g
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- Dried apricots 190g
- Crasins 120g
- White choc chips 200g
- 250g butter
- 1.5 packets of biscuits (I use milk arrowroot)
Instructions:
- Weigh ingredients, dice apricot and crasins into fine ~3mmx3mm bits, half white choc buttons
- Melt butter, brown sugar, and condensed milk - stir constantly until caramel consistency
- Add apricots, crasins, and biscuits, and 1/2 of white choc bits
- When mixed in, add second half of white choc bits
- Pour contents into baking tray lined with baking paper
- Put in fridge overnight
- Cut into 2 x 1cm squares
