No Bake slice

  • Brown sugar 125g
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk

  • Dried apricots 190g
  • Crasins 120g
  • White choc chips 200g
  • 250g butter
  • 1.5 packets of biscuits (I use milk arrowroot)


Instructions:

  1. Weigh ingredients, dice apricot and crasins into fine ~3mmx3mm bits, half white choc buttons
  2. Melt butter, brown sugar, and condensed milk - stir constantly until caramel consistency
  3. Add apricots, crasins, and biscuits, and 1/2 of white choc bits
  4. When mixed in, add second half of white choc bits
  5. Pour contents into baking tray lined with baking paper
  6. Put in fridge overnight
  7. Cut into 2 x 1cm squares
